I teach embodied awareness.

What does that mean?

It means learning to pay attention to your lived experience instead of living mostly in your thoughts.

Most of us spend years trying to think our way through stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or disconnection. Understanding can be helpful, but our bodies often continue carrying the same habits, protective patterns, and tension underneath it all.

Together we practice noticing what is happening in your body.

The sensations you feel.

The way you breathe.

Your emotions as they arise.

The relationship between pleasure and presence.

The connection between your mind and your body.

These are simple skills that anyone can learn.

I use breathwork, meditation, somatic bodywork, sound, and relational awareness to cultivate these skills.

Breathwork helps you feel your body instead of staying in your stories.

Meditation helps you notice what is happening without immediately trying to change or fix it.

Somatic bodywork brings your attention to sensation rather than analysis.

These practices may look different, but they all cultivate the same thing: awareness.

As your awareness grows, you begin to recognize patterns that were once automatic. You may notice yourself responding differently to stress, relationships, and everyday life. Instead of reacting from habit, you have more space to choose how you want to respond.

My work draws from years of practice in breathwork, meditation, somatic bodywork, conscious intimacy, attachment theory, and polyamory. My teacher training has given me an integrated framework and language for practices I have been developing with clients for many years.
