Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Platonic Touch

Private sessions that combine breath, presence, and optional platonic touch to help regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body.

Most adults move through life carrying tension they no longer notice. The body stays slightly braced, the breath stays shallow, and connection with others can start to feel complicated or distant.

In these sessions we slow things down and notice what is happening in the body.

We begin with breath. We give the nervous system time to settle. From there we explore presence and connection in a structured and respectful way that may include conversation, guided mediation, quiet sitting, or platonic touch.

Nothing here is about fixing you or performing emotional work on demand. The session simply creates conditions where the body can begin to relax again in the presence of another person.

When that happens, many people notice they feel more grounded, clearer in their boundaries, and more capable of connection in their daily lives.
